Sunset

Located on the second floor with space for up to 3 persons, this extravagantly and luxury setup accommodate two persons, with everything one needs for a relaxing vacation.
Just the view alone – either from the rooms or the balcony – is priceless. 

Air-conditioned and as part of the open kitchen the place to enjoy all the time you aren’t at the beach or at the nearby Zadar city center. The comfortable couch invites to relax. The big balcony doors open up the room to the adriatic sea air… 

The open kitchen delivers everything needed in a compact arrangement. As part of the living room it enables to enjoy even the cooking with your company…

Extraordinary furnished, spacious and equipped with formidable mattresses, this apartment doesn’t have the biggest bed room – but a remarkable one…  

Pure luxury, with stylish Italian tiles, a spacious shower and fine equipment…

Žanina

Classically furnished with spacious open main area, this apartment is a retreat all year round. In summer times the air-condition chills and in the winter the fireplace fils the room with enjoyable warmth. The garden provides natural shadow and additionally has a big pavilion with seating accommodation. And the big brick BBQ grill complements that arrangement. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. 

With classic luxury furniture, a comfortable big couch and a modern TV, this open space invites for enjoyable evenings…

The kitchen is connected to the open dinning and the living room. Equipped with everything one could need…

High quality mattresses, classic luxury furniture and a special flair guarantees a relaxing sleep…
